Privacy & cookies
How information is handled when you visit this website or contact MNC. Last updated 17 October 2026.
01 / Contact
Your information and enquiries
MNC Consulting is responsible for information it receives through business enquiries. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@mncconsulting.co.uk.
Public contact buttons open your email application. If you send an email, MNC receives your email address and any names, business details or other information you choose to include, and uses that information to respond and manage the business conversation.
Please do not send substantive confidential transaction information until appropriate arrangements have been agreed. MNC can work under a mutually agreed NDA or review the counterparty’s standard form. An initial conversation is not automatically legally privileged.
02 / Reviews
On-device discussion tools
The Transaction readiness review uses category selections. Review a transaction situation uses written context for local word-based topic matching. Neither tool submits these answers or context to MNC or an AI service, and neither saves them to website storage.
The written context is cleared after review. Closing or reloading the page clears the current tool state. Downloads are created on your device and remain there until you delete them; the contextual checklist does not include your written input.
Use only broad, anonymised information. These tools do not verify evidence, provide legal advice or make a decision to proceed. Your browser, device or browser extensions may have their own handling practices outside these tools.
03 / Website
Website services and cookies
This website is hosted through Lovable and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Visiting a website involves technical requests that can include an IP address, browser details and the requested page. Hosting and font providers handle those requests under their own terms and privacy notices.
The public pages do not include advertising trackers or an analytics integration in the website code. This does not establish that hosting services keep no technical logs or use no service-related cookies.
Restricted internal areas use sign-in or session storage for administration and access to earlier enquiries. Public visitors do not need an account to use the discussion tools. You can control cookies and site storage through your browser settings.
04 / Handling
Purpose, access and retention
Business correspondence is used to respond to enquiries and manage potential or existing advisory relationships. Depending on the circumstances, the relevant basis may be legitimate interests in handling business enquiries, steps requested before an engagement, performance of an engagement or a legal obligation. An NDA does not itself determine the lawful basis for processing personal information.
Information is shared only with agreed recipients for the relevant advisory or transaction purpose, or where required by law. Service providers supporting email, hosting and administration may process information needed to provide those services. No client, transaction or diligence information is disclosed publicly without permission.
Retention depends on the purpose of the correspondence, the engagement and applicable record-keeping requirements. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion period. Contact MNC for information about the handling and retention of a particular record, or before sharing information requiring specific arrangements.
05 / Requests
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, object to processing, or request portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Some requests may be subject to legal exceptions or identity checks.
Email hello@mncconsulting.co.uk with your request; do not include unnecessary sensitive information. You may also raise concerns with the relevant data protection authority.
Discuss a confidential situation.
You do not need a fully formed brief. Tell us what is being considered, what is sensitive and where the technology risk sits. Initial conversations are handled discreetly, with an NDA available before substantive information is exchanged.
